Our Story

Oklahomans are pioneers, dreamers and builders. Oklahomans show up in a crisis. We have experienced moments of horrific darkness and we have endured. We know how to make an impact and know how to rise. And yet, there are everyday storms that don’t make the news - storms that will never appear on your social feed with a rallying cry for help. These are the daily storms that batter those in systematic poverty.

Our neighbors - our fellow Oklahomans - each have a story, and for that matter, a place in each of our stories. You know who they are - the ones we ignore on our way to work each day, the ones from whom we avert our gaze. Let's change that. Let's look them in the eyes. Let's show up for one another.

As our city continues to grow and change, we each have a role in ensuring our neighbors aren't left behind, forgotten, ignored or trampled upon amid our constant distractions and busy lives. The 405 Center is where you plug in, align your passions with our city's needs and make a real, transformative impact.

The brokenness in this city can be healed. Lives can be restored. Forgotten neighborhoods can be known. You have a part to play.

Our Team

Justin has a vision for cities being transformed and created The 405 Center with a heart for redemption, renewal and restoration in Oklahoma City. Justin and his wife, Courtney, are both OKC natives, and love this place we all call home. Together, they have four children: Lynlee (18), Christman (16), Olivia (13) and Spencer (12). His story can be summed up in these words: “It was fitting to celebrate and be glad, for this your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost, and is found.” Luke 15:32.

Executive Director

Britni joined The 405 Center in January 2019. She loves Oklahoma City and is excited to raise her son, Sullivan, alongside all of her neighbors and citizens who call OKC home. Britni and her husband, Justin, spend their evenings trying new foods and engaging in projects they can enjoy as a team. When Britni isn't perusing spreadsheets, she's usually drinking a coffee and being an introvert.
